'G'day, I am a complete novice when it comes to gardening...I hope someone out there can give me some tips?? My first question is "I wish to start a veggie patch and I have to put it where I now have lawn. Do I have to kill off the lawn prior to hoeing?? Any particular weedkiller to use (dont want to damage the soil)'
